TOURA™ Service Notice: TOURA™ provides pre-arranged, for-hire transportation only. Rides must be requested and confirmed through the TOURA™ app or dispatch before pickup—drivers do not accept street hails, walk-ups, curbside solicitations, or roadside requests, and do not cruise to look for fares. Pickups and drop-offs occur only at lawful locations and designated areas when required (for example: homes, apartments, hotels, workplaces, malls/shopping centers, retail, restaurants, clinics/doctor’s offices, and non-emergency hospital entrances). TOURA™ is not an ambulance or emergency medical transport service—call 911 for emergencies. Trips are intended to remain on paved or maintained roads; short maintained gravel/dirt access roads and driveways may be used when necessary to reach a lawful pickup/drop-off point. No off-road travel. Service availability and operating areas may be limited by local rules and insurance requirements.
